Hands up all those who, when that simple php script stops working & you know why, so make the required changes & it still just won't work, so you spend 2 days, yes, 2 days, debugging the web server setup, only to find you have been editing a copy of the scripts in a completely different directory.
Oh, it's just me in this particular category of "don't let him near a computer."
Still, the old script is now php8.2-worthy.
