I would say that if you normally run your long runs succesfully fuelled by pizza, I wouldn't change much, except make sure that your glycogen supplies in your muscles are topped up. It seems that many ultra runners do just fine with very bad sounding fuels that just have immense amounts of energy.
Just don't do anything you haven't tried during training regarding especially pre and midrunning fuelling.
My guess would be that your goal is to finish.
