I really should have exercised today. I also hate “should haves”. The reality of last week’s news is hitting me now and it’s a hurricane. What is this unfathomable thing grief? Why is it trying to drown me? Each day I march through the motions, but scraping against the metal frame of myself is the truth and it’s making an awfully loud noise. I can’t ignore the storm surge and I wasn’t ready.
