My rent is going up again 😖 I would look at other places but I honestly don't want to know what my price range can buy in Sydney.
Also my housemate has let me know of their plans to buy somewhere, starting looking in about 3mo, anticipating it will take 6-9mo to complete the process.
So I could take over the lease here or consider moving into another share place, or I could move back to Melbourne and probably get a place of my own for what I'm paying to share.
