Well since finding bitcoin in 2021 I've began diving down into the broader spectrum. Id say about 2022 is when the philosophy aspect of libertarian/ancap/ freedom really began to peak my interest.
I just couldn't understand why is it that is never heard of ANY of these people before. Why do others think freedom is so extreme? I began to really think of people just became more exposed to the ideas that it wouldn't be seem so extreme.
Then one day i was arguing with nuts on twitter one day over immigration (before the USA immigration really became front and center) was called a communist, told unfettered immigration is bad etc. It really stuck with me for days. I couldn't understand how people believed these ideas.
So i thought well what can i do to help people get more exposure ( and myself to read more about so i could better articulate the arguments) TheGuySwann (npub1h8n…rpev) was a pivotal part of my bitcoin journey. So i thought well why don't i do what he did for bitcoin articles, but instead do it for philosophy on freedom. If anything itll help me gain a better understanding and it might help others who don't have the time to read them.
So thats how it started. Yeah can't believe it's been a year of reading and learning.
