Milk and eggs are not expensive in comparison to Italy. Meat and fish are expensive. Groceries are not a big problem, you go to Italy for that.
Services are really expensive, though.
Also, montly health insurance amount is something you have to keep in mind as a strong cost.
By the way, it's not that easy to move to Switzerland (not that difficult too but they are not exactly waiting for you)
