they could ban Damus from the Apple App Store. they could ban Britons from using relay.damus.io. they could ban Amethyst from Google Play.
iOS users would not be able to download Damus and would just move on to Nostur or Primal or using a web client.
Android users would install the APK from elsewhere and continue on creating notes and sending zaps.
