A weird body thing I’ve noticed: lately, my fingernails are incredibly healthy-feeling, glowing, supple, and growing faster than ever. I can’t think of a recent lifestyle change that would’ve caused this, except that I’m temporarily pausing my longtime medication (but I don’t remember the taking of that changing anything about my nails originally.) Humblebrag, I guess?
