I don't think you guys actually understand the purpose and target of cyberwar. It's not about blowing up factories. Not at all. It's all about making citizens distrust their leadership. That's the "damage" your enemies seek to do. It's about creating civil unrest and destabilizing the state. Blowing up infrastructure is one way to achieve that, but it's not the only way, and it might not even be the most efficient way. What do you think makes people more against the US government, and more willing to tear it down, having a chicken farm blow up, or release propaganda that makes people think the US government had a direct hand in blowing up the Nordstream pipeline?
