I harvested the castings using a 1/4 hardware cloth screen then put several large handfuls into a filter bag and agitated it in a 5 gallon bucket I filled with rain water. It was agitated for about 10 or 15 minutes. From what I’ve read you want to dilute it about 50% and use as a soil soak or inoculant for transplants.
