you'd have ~$3,350 to buy btc after tax, assuming take home of 67% after tax & all the other bs. At an avg price of $17k/bitcoin, that's almost 20M sats. So is 20M sats/yr worth it? I tend to think so since you won't have to worry about politicians changing 401k rules anymore
