The best experience I had was with Italian healthcare, the waiting time was bad, but they did a splendid job in removing some broken tooth roots, and I just paid the regular national healthcare ticket.
I really think Norway should try to include toothcare in the national healthcare.
Like this it's just a wealth-based service that funds foreign cheap dentists and local overpriced scammers.
