For what it’s worth, I really enjoyed the episode. John’s take is different than others and that is refreshing because it gave me something to think about.
You’re right, a lot of folks get stuck in their ideals but usually it’s just parroting of other people’s ideas. This is not a Bitcoiner thing though, it’s just human behavior.
Keep giving us people who think different, and maybe more Bitcoiners will learn to embrace the original cypherpunk ethos again.
