GRUB + LUKS makes me sad. Actually I have feelings about GRUB in general on EFI systems but that's a whole other thing...
I followed a similar scheme for swap on Artix except with a btrfs root, so I obviously think that's a nice layout for the future 😂 I eventually ended up encrypting the swap and using a mkinitcpio hook to unlock it - however I (of course) can't say that would be suitable for you. Void also uses dracut iirc, so I probably shouldn't be giving advice anyway 😅
