Still: I bought a butternut squash the other day, and planted a 6 seeds in a propagator (with 6 charantais melon seeds too). 3 of the butternut's have come thru already - took about 5 days I think. So hopefully will have enough. And now I know they work I'll put a few more into puts for insurance purposes.
Grow mine vertically though coz space is an issue!
