I've joined a local philosophy school, and this weeks homework was to notice when any dissatisfying situations come up or already happened, and then ask the question:
"What would a wise person have done in this situation?"
So I noticed a lot of fairly minor events, but so far the answer to the question was almost always the same for me:
Do nothing, say nothing, think nothing.
