This is probably a good reason to discourage cloud hosted relays
could be. If the relay operator is identifiable within a jurisdiction where the speech that’s being transmitted is illegal, then there probably is potential liability. The good news is, as long as there’s one client and one relay that don’t mod, your voice will be heard
