PSA: The moment you or your distro changes the "theme"/stylesheet of #GNOME apps, you're not really using those apps anymore. In fact, you're basically using your own forked version of every app, with your own changes to the app's CSS code. You're free to do so, it's free software, but any visual breakage is most likely because of the changes you have made. You're the maintainer of your fork, don't open issues in the repository of the original app.
