I dunno, I guess I just _really_ want my peers - across multiple businesses, this ain't personal - to stop asking questions like "who knows how the X service works" when they can see full well that the organization isn't paying anyone to remember that.
Goes hand in hand with my distaste for the "ownership" metaphor, which rests on similarly optimistic expectations about what businesses are paying for.
