foggy as hell
animals were really active, literally almost walked into several deer in the dark, almost stepped on a rabbit that ran away at the last second. I've never seen so many animals out this time of night
turned around and went the other direction after about the sixth deer and kept hearing this weird sound like a bicycle freewheeling behind me, but I was the only one around
then a baby or something that sounded just like a baby started crying really loud somewhere ahead of me, and just kept going for several minutes as I was walking toward it
...and then I decided to just go home. the baby crying was still going until I was out of earshot
