I'm planning to start teaching my 10 year old son to write computer code.
I think writing code is pretty much the most fun you can have with your clothes on (don't judge me), but even though it has afforded me a good life, I don't think it'll be a well-paid career by the time he's grown up. There'll be some well-paying coding jobs, but I think AI will kill off what people like me and my team do today.
