It took until three days before our wedding but I finally had a natural moment to explain to Colleen what mergesort means.
We took an unordered stack of table cards, folded them, and then placed them back into a box sorted by letter. While this was more akin to bucket sort, I used the moment to share a few different sorting algorithms and she finally got what my username means beyond "some nerdy programming thing".
