How many amps are your loads capable drawing & what is the UPS rated to handle?
Also, what brand UPS's?
How old are the batteries in them?
Older lead acid batteries will have a lot of voltage drop as they age. A fresh battery will have voltage drop if the load (amp draw) is too high.
I've had good luck with Cyber Powers 1500AVR (12A rated) UPS's that have 4x batteries in them. Though I replace them with LiFePo4 cells when the lead acid cells die in a year.
