you mean the rules Trump would ignore anyway? Executive orders can say any crazy shit at all, then if you don’t like it you can sue the administration in Federal court to get the court to stop them, an order which Trump might also ignore. Gonna be fun to see that BSR executive order signed for sure. A US President hasn’t exercised the full power given to any of them for some time now. We’ve just had a string of bullshitters who saw it more wise to keep the status quo by not rocking boats. Those days are over
