Let's say you wanted to contribute something like $5 worth of sats each month to a Bitcoin savings. What would be the best way to do it? Let it build up in an exchange account until you had enough to justify sending to cold storage? The whole UTXO dust issue got me confused as to the best way to save small amounts over time without putting it at risk by leaving on an exchange.
