Net sales of Upland cotton in the US for the 2024-25 season dropped 54% week-on-week to 128,900 RB; major buyers include Turkiye (41,300 RB), Pakistan (30,000 RB), and Vietnam (26,500 RB); Pima sales rose 36% to 1,700 RB, driven by Costa Rica (900 RB), India (700 RB), and Japan (100 RB); exports for both Upland and Pima cotton fell; total net sales of 5,300 RB for the 2025-26 season reported for Honduras; exports of 115,800 RB declined by 18%; primary destinations for Upland cotton exports were Vietnam (33,800 RB), Pakistan (25,300 RB), and China (24,900 RB); Pima exports down 52% to 6,500 RB, with Peru (3,800 RB) and India (2,100 RB) as primary destinations.
