good news everyone!
upgrading my miniPC with AMD CPU and AMD GPU to 16 GB RAM
has solved my problems with certain Adobe software crashing (sadly that software is not available for Mac so me owning extremely fast Apple silicon Mac with 16 GB RAM is not helping)
Lesson learned: never ever use PC or Mac with RAM smaller than 16 GB , if you can’t upgrade, just take hammer and destroy such computer and throw it away to trash bin.
