Second run within 12 hours, felt *way* better in the dark and cool of the early morning than in the blazing heat of the afternoon. Two more days of getting up early, then I can have at least three or four long nights – and I’ll only get up after having slept enough. My little trip to Italy made me lose 3.5 kilograms (most of which will be back in no time, I‘m sure), probably due to a lack of sweets and a little dehydration from the heat.
