do you have a version of instant jello (jelly? gelatin dessert? haha), and/or or instant pudding or custard made by adding milk? or anything else similar?

my local mexican supermarket has a brand with flavors like horchata and mango, and i just put some coconut jello (with frozen fruit!) into the fridge.
