There is many non-KYC lightning wallets.
Wallet of satoshi, alby, blink are easy to use but they are custodial wallets
I use muun for self-custody but it's still not a full lightning wallet + they don't offer lightning address so you can't use it for receiving zap with nostr, you have to do invoice.
