Because I can’t stop tinkering and optimizing, I made the honeycomb a bit smaller, added some finishing fillets, and printed on a smooth PEI plate with a more attractive top surface pattern, so the vented covers look nicer.
Air flow still good, temps down. Fan speeds stay low.
