The backlash to Zoom's change of TOS has been... impressive. So they're scrambling.
Which means the dust hasn't settled yet.
Which also means some of us are waiting and watching, because for now at least, they're saying their AI tools won't be used without a user's consent.
I might not renew, and I might dump them in the very near future. But that (business) decision isn't being made today.
