"Former House Speaker Kevin McCarthy's seat is a Republican stronghold, but his potential exit could prove to be an issue for GOP leadership until a special election is held."
Dear Axios at mastodon social: Kevin McCarthy's seat is a major far right political stronghold, I know because I am unfortunately under Kevin McCarthy's political jurisdictional influence. There exists enough far right U.S. House of Representatives to be able to compensate for Former House Speaker Kevin McCarthy's potential exit. I do not foresee an ultra radical far right leadership vacuum if McCarthy should exit. McCarthy never had popularity within the Republican Party to begin with. Republican Conference never gave him an internal inter party mandate.
McCarthy has always been perceived as carrying water for Donald J. Trump, McCarthy's only use has been a limited deal maker for maintaining cohesiveness within the ultra radical far right extremists, which McCarthy failed to maintain as U.S. House of Representatives Speaker. It is likely that the ultra radical far right extremists will create a new governing coalition once McCarthy departs.
