How to (kinda) turn off Gemini AI in Gmail:
• Go to "Settings"
• Go to "General"
• Scroll down + unclick all boxes labeled "Smart Features & Personalization" (For me there were two boxes to unclick)
Once I did that I rechecked Settings & found that no less than (10) different categories deployed AI.
I say "kinda" because it's all or nothing opt-outs. Not just the newer Gemini slop no one wants, but stuff many people already use like spellcheck & autocorrect & other features already in place.
