A friend is coming over for lunch and I decided to get fussy with one of the courses. Just out of the oven: Tomato and Goat Cheese Tart made with store-bought puff pastry and tomatoes from my garden. This is a delicious recipe out of Chef Ina Garten's creative brain. (photo attached)
