Completely agree; the I (others) talk of a 'regulatory capitalism' we are both recognising that reality & arguing for a much more extensive regulation - beyond the merely market-facilitating regulatory forms favoured by the market-fundamentalists - I used to spend quite a bit of time on my political economy course expunging exactly your point - capitalism without regulation doesn't exist... but the regulatory character needs significant reform
