I don't think they are paid but they are not just low IQ but also demoralized and have no ethics. I don't wanna put them all in one basket, I know algerians and syrians which are great people (until the holy war starts) but what happened in germany yesterday and aswell today is just sick.
I don't believe they pay children to commit terrorism and murder but it is their radical islamist upbringing
