Finished making a vat of spaghetti & meatballs for dinner. It has occurred to me that when all the birds have flown and I'm here by myself, I'm going to have no idea how to cook for one. Heck, when the older ones leave and I'm down to just 3 at home, I'm going to be making way too much food.
