Don't take my word for it just go down the rabbit holes on between. Cuz conventional doc doesn't even know what you eat so can he/she truly help....like input to function unknown? What? Haha. Anyways that one is close to my heart cuz it's LIFE and some ppl joke around but you can't have tech without life or anything for that matter. And it's not like I'm a shining example I just had shitty Tiramisu the other day. But I try and I know most ppl don't, so couple health posts will make us all think cuz yo everybody sick these days pissing me off 😂😂
