People who go to aqua fitness are just happier people than the general population. Going on Friday it was a whole different crowd. Ladies planning a potluck! Two women laughing and hugging during the cooldown! People passing big styrofoam dumbbells to the folks further back. The vibe is nice.
My favourite instructor is apparently going to Houston next month though. So if you live in Houston maybe she'll be arriving at a YMCA near you.
