He has been tortured, robbed, incarcerated, and otherwise deprived of his liberty by the Ukrainian government. Recently, he posted bail and then tried to file to Hungary to sell political asylum. He failed to cross the border and was recaptured. Currently, his location and condition are unknown.
Will our government do anything to assist him?
