Don’t get me wrong, what Hammas did was pure evil.
They had to know how the reaction would go.
They sacrifice their own people, many to most who probably are not ok with being made martyrs, in order to get sympathy from the rest of the Arab world and indeed, the whole world.
That still doesn’t make the collective punishment that Israel is handing down justified.
If they were really the elite force they try to be seen as they wouldn’t need to level the place.
