Something very cool for those who live in Otago. The Otago Regional Council has just released an interactive map showing Otago Ecosystems and Habitats.
It basically shows what the ecosystem was like before colonization, and what plants grew. All you need to do is input your address, and it'll show you the ecosytem you are in, and you can download a PDF of Native Plants you can grow in your garden. #otago #ecosystem #nativeplants
