This morning I took a cold plunge. The ice bathing season is slowly but surely starting. Also already did today's strength work.
My energy levels are pretty good.
When I crave food, it's predominantly meat.

Day 8/ 15 and today was half time of my fasting time.
It's going well. Sometimes I get a bit dizzy for 5-10 seconds, when I get up from sitting.
