The discourse about the vaccine in Brazil is completely different than in the US. I fully believe that people like Lula fully believe in the efficacy of the vaccine and whatever else they are told by the experts. And given the county's history and poverty levels, those people truly believe they are doing good. Giving those who can't afford "life saving" vaccines.
