I've been doing decentralized tech for a while. Have played an early role in a few decent-sized projects that never quite got widespread traction. When Moxie was starting Signal, I remember him saying that decentralized is way harder to win. And he was right. But if you want the win to be worthwhile, that hard path is the only real option.
And yeah, I spin up containers willy nilly just to see what things are like. Disposable containers are such a great innovation.
