Looks like you’re confused about how *public* companies work. They’re required to disclose financials quarterly because shareholders own pieces of the business and need to know how it’s performing. If the company screws up, shareholders eat the losses. Sure, transparency carries risks, but that’s the trade-off when you take public money. The same applies to their Bitcoin holdings. MSTR’s stock is tightly coupled to a single asset, and any opacity there is a massive red flag. You can pretend the security concerns justify secrecy, but for shareholders, the real risk is being kept in the dark. That’s exactly why I won’t touch MSTR. But you’re free to be retarded, defend their silence, and watch them rehypothecate BTC and dilute your shares while you clap from the sidelines I guess.
