How decentralized are we talking? Someone could build a clone of Fiverr and just use Nostr profiles for login and identity, that would be cool, but still very centralized.
The other extreme I can think of would be where the features required are added to the Nostr protocol, so it would be completely decentralized and there could be multiple clients/applications that could be built to help people connect to find and hire freelancers.
