i'm making a present for a sibling. it's a model of our childhood room.

i don't have the energy to do a lot today, so i'm just cutting a bunch of popsicle sticks. that's it. i'm watching internet videos and cutting popsicle sticks.

in this instance, the work IS mine to complete. doing a little is infinitely better than doing everything at some far-flung day when conditions are perfect.

here's what i've got today. tomorrow might be ten hours of progress. it might be nothing.

all i have is today and all i can do is what i put in front of me.
