Microdose is a half a gram or less. 0.5 of a gram. Lower for new comers. Some start with 0.1 of a gram. 0.3 of a gram is just perfect for the day.
My very first time i did not micro dose. I did 1 gram and 2 hours later i did another 2 grams and i had a lot of self personal issues and that big dose cleared my mind from all that hate and uncertainties i had.
Micro dosing will have you focused and energetic and sounds silly but also happy 😊
